Resident Benefit Packages
Our Residents Benefit Package is included with all Hive Real Estate Group & Property Management leases and includes the below list of benefits. These benefits are only available while the property is being managed by Hive Real Estate & Property Mgmt. The cost for the mandatory Bargain Package is $25 per month. If you elect to opt in to one of the other benefit packages, there are increased fees depending on the package chosen. The monthly Resident Benefit Package fee will automatically be added to your rental ledger each month. To receive all the benefits listed below, your account must be in good standing.

Clean homes
Before anyone moves into one of our homes, we complete our “cleaning” to ensure your home is ready for move-in. All floors are vacuumed, ceramic/laminate/vinyl floors are mopped, appliances are cleaned inside & out, toilets, baths/showers and sinks are cleaned & sanitized, windows are cleaned, ceiling fans are dusted and everything is spic & span.

24/7 Maintenance Coordination
It always seems like things happen after hours. This makes reporting those pesky maintenance issues easy and faster online.
Secure Online Portal
Your password-protected portal allows you to view your payment history, print rent receipts, update your information online, access your documents and pay rent through our easy to use online portal 24/7.

Standard Package
Includes all benefits from Bargain Package, plus:
1x Waived Late Fee Per Lease Term
Savings of a one-time 5% of your rent amount if you are late in one month.
Credit Building
We report every rent payment so you build credit. Average increases of 23 to 42 points in resident scores, so you can qualify for more and save hundreds. We can report up to the past 24 month for an immediate boost.
1X Waived NSF Fee Per Lease Term
Savings of a one-time $100 if you every have insufficient funds on your rent payment.
Obligo Deposit Alternative
No need to tie up your funds. Residents who qualify are not required to pay a security deposit with us. Instead, you can give a secure Billing Authorization, allowing your property manager to bill you up to a limited amount, just like a security deposit.

Includes all benefits from Bargain & Standard Packages, plus:
$1M Identity Protection
1 in 4 Americans are victims of identity fraud. All adult leaseholders get $1M coverage backed by AIG, monitoring through IBM’s Watson and a dedicated, US-Based Identity Restoration Specialist.
Home Buying Assistance
For those who want to move onto homeownership, we’ll help you get there. Buy a home with one of our agents & we will credit you 5% of each on-time rent amount towards purchase up to $1000.00. Credited @ closing, subject to lender’s approval (up to 1 month’s rent or 1% of purchase price, whichever is less). Our preferred lender participation is also required for additional benefits. Other benefits may apply depending on price of home & incentives at time of purchase.
